Remote energy medicine, wherever you are
I am a remote energy medicine practitioner, and I founded Refreshing Horizons Limited in 2009. Every session is delivered remotely, so you can work with me from anywhere in the world.
The mission has always been simple: inspiring natural wellness. I want people to discover how gentle natural support can feel, and to enjoy curiosity, wonder, and fun along the way.
Our story
Refreshing Horizons began in 2009 with homeopathy and shamanic energy medicine. In 2011 I added e-Lybra9 bioresonance, which has become the heart of the practice, and over the years the work has moved to remote delivery. Today, I support people, animals and properties across the world from my home office in the Cotswolds.
Who I work with
Most of my clients are busy, successful women with little spare time who want quiet support in the background of their lives. I also work with people of all ages, with animals, and with homes and businesses.

How we can begin
Everything starts with a free 15-minute chat. We talk about what is going on for you, and we both decide whether working together feels right. There is no obligation.
What I stand for
- Honesty. I explain what I do and what I don’t. I don’t diagnose, and my work is never a substitute for your GP or vet.
- Integrity. If I feel someone else would serve you better, I will tell you, even if it costs me the booking.
- Privacy. What you share with me stays confidential. My Privacy Policy explains how I look after your information.
- You stay in charge. My role is to support you, never to make you dependent on me.
Meet the practitioner
