Dear Carol, haven’t had time to thank you for relieving my “Plantar Fasciitis”. For over 18 months I had continuous shooting pain in my left heel which prevented me from walking my lovely GSD. Carol gained a science degree then had a long career in corporate business, managing the development of IT (Information Technology) systems initially, and later, strategy work.
