2018 has been a truly transformational year for me. On all accounts: personal, business and in my relationships.
I came to Carol at a moment in my life where I really felt stuck. The Joy in my life had seeped away to a point where I was just going through the motions. I didn’t feel unhappy per se, but I knew that there was more for me to enjoy.
I wasn’t taking action, I was hiding from a lot of things (practical and emotional) and I just wasn’t living the way I’m supposed to be. Clearly, there was something missing.
Carol listened to my story and understood me (which alone is amazing, I can tell you!). After this first session, she proposed a Shamanic healing session to make big shifts in an instance. I had so many blocks that that was needed. She made time for me that very week, which was lovely because I was ready for some fast-moving forward! The Shamanic session was very gentle and loving and full of beautiful energy because that is simply the way that Carol approaches things. But don’t let that fool you of the massive impact this session had and still has! Immediately after the session I felt my energy shift: I tackled my (long overdue) emails, was really decisive in my business and relationship struggles and felt better overall.
And that was just the beginning…. Right now I can truly say that I LOVE MY LIFE and every part of it. My mental state is solid and I even can embrace the days that are not going so well (and shift them in a couple of hours), my relationships have improved massively, my business is moving forward again and I show more of ME every day.
In return, people notice the shift of energy as well and approach me differently: with more respect, by acknowledging my boundaries and with more support and love. For example, my husband took me on a surprise trip to Rome and my little girls leave me little love notes saying that I matter to them and that they love me.
The work we did during the Shamanic session has been rooted in my mind and body with the help of the e-Lybra pendant that Carol has set up for me. I wear it every day and it keeps me grounded and true to myself. Carol tops it off with a new session every two months to be sure I stay on track on my path of life.
For 2019 I have one wish: to have this internal shift be made even more visible externally. In my health, my appearance, my home… I deserve better things and care than I allowed myself to have for many many years, I know that now. That’s why I’ll continue to work with Carol to make all of that happen too!
